Warranty
A three months warranty is offered from the date of purchase for every products. If you have received a defective product, please send VDO as evidence for making a claim or return the product including a valid proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase. And this warranty strictly does not cover incidental damages or damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not using the product in accordance with the product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your defective products, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s).
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
